How does your customer pick up & return service work?

Our customer pick-up and return service is designed to be convenient and flexible. Here’s how it works:

  • Pick-Up: You can choose to pick up your rental items directly from our location at a scheduled time. We’ll have everything prepared and ready for easy loading.

  • Return: After your event, simply bring the items back to us at the agreed return time. We make the drop-off process quick and hassle-free.

If you need assistance with loading or have specific timing needs, just let us know in advance—we’re happy to accommodate when possible!

Yes, rental charges apply to all reserved items, even if they go unused. Rental fees are based on the time out, not usage, as these items were set aside and prepared exclusively for you, making them unavailable to other customers. Additionally, all items require cleaning and maintenance after each rental, regardless of whether they were used. Thank you for your understanding!

Damage Waiver Policy – Everything You Need to Know

The Short Answer:

✔ Peace of mind.

The Long Answer:

A damage waiver protects you from accidental damage or breakage of rental items. If an item is accidentally damaged during your rental period, simply notify us, return the broken pieces, and you won’t be charged for repair or replacement.

The Legal Answer:

The damage waiver is not insurance. You are responsible for returning rented items in the same condition as received, except for normal wear and tear. However, if you accept the damage waiver, we waive our right to charge you for accidental damage, provided you follow the guidelines below:

🔹 You must notify us immediately of any damage and submit applicable reports if needed.
🔹 If you have insurance, the damage waiver becomes secondary, and insurance claims should be assigned to us.

Exceptions – The Damage Waiver Does NOT Cover:
❌ Lost accessories (e.g., power cords)
❌ Damage due to misuse or negligence
❌ Loss from theft, intentional abuse, or unexplained disappearance
❌ Missing or damaged flatware, china, linens, or glassware without proof of damage
❌ Linens stained with wax, food, or moisture leading to mildew

For any loss or damage covered under this policy, you may be required to provide a police report upon request.
