Pricing and Minimum Orders
How much do party rentals cost in Toronto?
Folding chairs are $2 each, 6-foot rectangular tables are $10, round tables are $15, and frame tents run from $70 for a 10×10 up to $500 for a 20×40. See the full list on our pricing page.
Is there a minimum order?
Delivery orders have a $150 minimum. Smaller orders can be picked up from our location at 2229 Danforth Avenue in East York.
Is delivery charged separately?
Chair and table delivery is $2 per item when it isn’t part of a tent order. Delivery for addresses outside Toronto is confirmed in your quote.
If I don’t use all the items I rent, do I still have to pay for them?
Yes. Rental charges apply to all reserved items, even if some go unused. Those items were set aside for you and could not be rented to anyone else, and every item still needs cleaning and checking after it comes back.
Booking, Deposits and Changes
How far ahead should I book?
For summer weekends, book 4 to 6 weeks ahead if you can. Weekends from May to September are our busiest time, and the larger tent sizes fill up first.
Do you require a deposit?
A deposit may be required to confirm and reserve your equipment, especially for larger events and busy weekends.
Can I change my order after booking?
Yes. Guest counts and plans change, so contact us as early as possible and we will adjust your order based on availability.
Delivery, Setup and Pickup
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across Toronto, East York, Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Pickering and Ajax. See all service areas.
Do you set up and take down the equipment?
Yes. Our crew delivers, sets up and picks up everything after your event.
How do customer pickup and return work?
You can collect your rental items from our Danforth Avenue location at a scheduled time, and we will have everything ready to load. After your event, bring the items back at the agreed return time. If you need help loading or have specific timing needs, let us know in advance.
Can you set up a tent on a driveway or patio?
Yes. Where stakes can’t go into the ground, we secure the tent with weights instead.
Weather and Damage
What happens if it rains during my outdoor event?
Our frame tents are built for rain, and we anchor them to suit the ground and the forecast. If severe wind is expected, we will talk with you about the safest plan before setup.
What is a damage waiver?
A damage waiver covers accidental damage or breakage during your rental. If something breaks by accident, tell us right away and return the broken pieces, and you won’t be charged for repair or replacement.
The damage waiver is not insurance. It does not cover lost accessories such as power cords, damage from misuse or negligence, theft or unexplained loss, or linens stained with wax, food or mildew. If you have your own insurance, the waiver becomes secondary.
