Tell us your event date, location and guest count, and we will send you a price for tents, tables, chairs and anything else you need. Quotes are free, and prices are in Canadian dollars.
What to include in your quote request
- Your event date, plus start and end times
- The delivery address, or tell us you will pick up from East York
- How many guests you expect, and whether they will be seated
- The items and quantities you need, such as a 20×20 tent, 40 chairs and 6 tables
- For tents, the surface you are setting up on: grass, patio or driveway

When we reply
We answer requests during business hours, 9 am to 7 pm, seven days a week. If your event is only a few days away, call or WhatsApp us so we can check availability right away. Summer weekends from May to September book up first.
Delivery area and minimum order
We deliver, set up and pick up across Toronto, East York, Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Pickering and Ajax. The minimum order for delivery is $150. Smaller orders can be picked up from our location at 2229 Danforth Ave. See all service areas and current rental prices.
