EY Party Rentals rents tables and chairs anywhere in Toronto: folding chairs are $2 each, 6-foot rectangular tables are $10 and round tables are $15. We deliver, set up and pick up across the city, or you can collect smaller orders yourself from our Danforth Avenue location in East York. The minimum delivery order is $150.

Prices are per item for your event. When chairs and tables are delivered without a tent, delivery is $2 per item. When they are part of a tent order, that per-item charge doesn’t apply. See our full pricing page for everything else we rent.
How Many Tables and Chairs Do You Need?
For a seated event, plan one chair per guest plus about 5% extra, and one 6-foot table for every 6 to 8 guests. Then add 2 to 4 working tables for the buffet, drinks, gifts and cake. Most people forget the working tables, and they are the hardest thing to find on the day.

Want to save on delivery? Smaller orders can be picked up from our East York location. For outdoor events, adding a tent also removes the $2 per-item delivery charge on your tables and chairs.

- Delivery: we drop off before your event and pick up after. Tell us about stairs, narrow side paths or condo loading docks when you book.
- Setup: our crew can set out tables and chairs in your layout, or leave them stacked if you prefer to arrange things yourself.
- Pickup: collect smaller orders from our Danforth Avenue location and return them after your event. Open daily, 9 am to 7 pm.

Rectangular 6-foot tables are the practical choice. They seat more people in less space, line up end to end for family-style dinners, and double as buffet, gift and drinks tables. At $10 each, they are also the budget pick.
Round tables make a room feel more formal and are easier for conversation, since everyone faces the middle. Our rounds come in sizes from 4 to 6 feet across.
