How Delivery, Setup and Pickup Work

Delivery

We drop everything off before your event starts. When you book, tell us about anything that affects the drop-off: stairs, a narrow side path to the backyard, a gate, or a condo loading dock. The more we know ahead of time, the faster the crew can work.

Setup

For tents, our crew handles the full setup and anchors the tent to suit the ground and the forecast. On grass we use stakes. On driveways and patios where stakes cannot go in, we use weights. For tables and chairs, we can set them out in your layout or leave them stacked if you would rather arrange them yourself.

Pickup

After the event, we come back to take everything down and load it up. Stack the chairs and clear food and decorations off the tables, and the pickup goes quickly.

Picking Up Your Order Yourself

For smaller orders, picking up from our location is the cheapest option. You skip the delivery charge completely, and orders under $150 can only be picked up anyway.

• We will have your order ready to load at your scheduled time.
• Bring the items back at the agreed return time after your event.
• Folding chairs and 6-foot tables fit in most SUVs and minivans with the seats down. For more than about 30 chairs, a pickup truck or small van is easier.

Tips for a Smooth Delivery Day

• Clear the path. Move cars, bikes and garbage bins out of the way so the crew can get to the setup spot.

• Book the condo elevator. If you are in a condo, reserve the elevator or loading dock with your building ahead of time.
