Party rental prices in Toronto: quick facts
- EY Party Rentals is a party equipment rental company at 2229 Danforth Avenue in East York, Toronto. We have served the GTA since 2015 and are open daily from 9 am to 7 pm.
- We deliver, set up and pick up across Toronto, East York, Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Pickering and Ajax.
- The minimum order for delivery is $150. Smaller orders can be picked up from our Danforth Avenue location.
- Frame tent prices: 10 x 10 ft is $70 and fits 10 to 12 guests, 10 x 20 ft is $150 and fits up to 20 guests, 20 x 20 ft is $250 and fits up to 40 guests, 20 x 30 ft is $350 and fits up to 60 guests, and 20 x 40 ft is $500 and fits up to 80 guests.
- Folding chairs are $2 each. 6-foot rectangular tables are $10 each and seat 6 to 8 people. Round tables are $15 each. Chairs and tables ordered without a tent have a delivery charge of $2 per item.
- Our 60-person party package includes a tent, tables and chairs for $850, with setup charged separately.
- For seated guests at tables, plan about 10 to 12 square feet per person. A 20 x 30 ft tent suits about 50 seated guests and a 20 x 40 ft tent suits about 80.
- Weekends from May to September book up first, so reserve popular tent sizes a few weeks ahead.

How does your customer pick up & return service work?
Our customer pick-up and return service is designed to be convenient and flexible. Here’s how it works:
Pick-Up: You can choose to pick up your rental items directly from our location at a scheduled time. We’ll have everything prepared and ready for easy loading.
Return: After your event, simply bring the items back to us at the agreed return time. We make the drop-off process quick and hassle-free.
If you need assistance with loading or have specific timing needs, just let us know in advance—we’re happy to accommodate when possible!
If I don't use all the items I rent, do I still have to pay charges?
Yes, rental charges apply to all reserved items, even if they go unused. Rental fees are based on the time out, not usage, as these items were set aside and prepared exclusively for you, making them unavailable to other customers. Additionally, all items require cleaning and maintenance after each rental, regardless of whether they were used. Thank you for your understanding!
What is a damage waiver?
Damage Waiver Policy – Everything You Need to Know
The Short Answer:
✔ Peace of mind.
The Long Answer:
A damage waiver protects you from accidental damage or breakage of rental items. If an item is accidentally damaged during your rental period, simply notify us, return the broken pieces, and you won’t be charged for repair or replacement.
The Legal Answer:
The damage waiver is not insurance. You are responsible for returning rented items in the same condition as received, except for normal wear and tear. However, if you accept the damage waiver, we waive our right to charge you for accidental damage, provided you follow the guidelines below:
🔹 You must notify us immediately of any damage and submit applicable reports if needed.
🔹 If you have insurance, the damage waiver becomes secondary, and insurance claims should be assigned to us.
Exceptions – The Damage Waiver Does NOT Cover:
❌ Lost accessories (e.g., power cords)
❌ Damage due to misuse or negligence
❌ Loss from theft, intentional abuse, or unexplained disappearance
❌ Missing or damaged flatware, china, linens, or glassware without proof of damage
❌ Linens stained with wax, food, or moisture leading to mildew
For any loss or damage covered under this policy, you may be required to provide a police report upon request.

Yes. We provide delivery services across Toronto, Scarborough, North York, Markham, Vaughan, Ajax, Pickering, and nearby GTA areas. Delivery availability may vary depending on the event location and order size.
Can I make changes to my rental order after booking?
Yes. We understand that guest counts and event plans can change. If you need to adjust your order, contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
Do you require a deposit for bookings?
Yes. A deposit may be required to confirm and reserve your rental equipment, especially for larger events and busy weekends.
What happens if it rains during my outdoor event?
Outdoor events can be unpredictable, which is why many customers rent tents for weather protection. We can also help recommend setup options that work better for changing weather conditions.
